Our Services

We offer compassionate clinical care for people with life-limiting illnesses while providing support for their loved ones. Our services include:

• Routine nursing visits. A nurse is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Assistance with personal care
• Medical equipment, supplies and medications related to the illness
• Short-term respite care
• Social services, supportive counseling and assistance with end-of-life planning
• Spiritual counseling and support honoring all denominations
• Volunteer support through visits and phone calls
• Bereavement support for loved ones for 13 months after their loss, through personal contact, letters, and phone calls
• Memorial services
• Grief support groups
• Pet therapy
