Caregivers Support Group

AtlantiCare Healthcare At Home offers a professionally run caregivers support group. 

We meet the second Monday of each month.

Facilitated by a faith based community nurse coordinator, the group is open to anyone who provides care to someone who is ill, injured, sick or who is facing the end stages of life.

Coping With Loss Support Group

We continue to grieve the loss of a loved one long after their death. Family and friends are supportive but the grief often lasts longer than their support or the support is simply not enough. AtlantiCare hospice is offering a group for those who grieve the death of a loved one. The group combines education about the grief process with sharing and mutual support among the group members.
